Department for International Trade
Marion Francis is Regional Manager, Scotland in the Regeneration & Infrastructure Team in Capital Investment, Department for International Trade. Marion is based in Scotland and is responsible for bringing forward a Scottish investment portfolio of projects of scale to promote to the international investment market.
Prior to joining Department for International Trade, Marion worked for Irvine Bay Regeneration Company delivering regeneration and physical projects in Ayrshire. Marion also runs her own project management business, mack Collaboration.
Marion has previously worked as Head of Regeneration in Scottish Enterprise and with Highlands and Islands Enterprise in Competitive Place and Strategy.
Pauline Mills

Pauline started her career at Kirkcaldy District Council in 1987 as a graphics technician and left in 1997 as senior planner. She then joined Wimpey
As part of the regional board of the East of Scotland business, Pauline is responsible for managing Taylor Wimpey East Scotland’s land assets across the region. This involves buying, selling and trading land to ensure the asset levels and required selling outlets are delivered as per budget. She is a chartered town planner and a member of the RTPI.
David Peck

David is a qualified chartered surveyor and has 28 years’ experience in property with a proven track record delivering a wide range of projects throughout the UK including spending five years of his career in London with Drivers Jonas and Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments. He was previously development director for the Kilmartin Property Group and has been MD of Buccleuch Property since 2003.
David is a non-executive director of Native Land and was chair of the Scottish Property Federation during 2012.
Michaela Sullivan

Michaela oversees the land and planning functions for CALA Group across the eight regional businesses in Scotland and Central and Southern England. She joined CALA Group in 2014 from Forth Ports where she spent 8 years as Head of Planning bringing forward waterfront regeneration, energy generation and port development projects. She has also been the Assistant Chief Planner for Scotland and a Management Consultant at PWC.
Michaela is a graduate of Oxford and Liverpool Universities and has an MBA from Manchester Business School. She has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1992, is a planning advisor to the Scottish Property Federation and is on the Board of PAS.

Highlights include the EcoCampus (235,000sq.ft) at HIP - the UK’s first speculative Carbon Neutral Office, let in its entirety to University West of Scotland and CityPark1, a new 215,000sq.ft office for Wood Group in Aberdeen. City Centre development includes G1, the 130,000sq.ft redevelopment in George Square and Bothwell Exchange, an entire city block including the recently completed 155,000sq.ft office pre-let to Morgan Stanley and a new 305,000sq.ft office, partially pre-let to Clydesdale Bank. Our current portfolio is home to over 340 businesses (predominately office occupiers ranging from 200 – 235,000sq.ft) with combined employment in excess of 15,000 staff.
