Nick is a Partner of Argent LLP. Beyond the day to day management of the business, his main priority is leading the commercial team who deal with the definition, strategy, leasing and management of the office and retail components at various projects including King’s Cross, Paradise in Birmingham and Brent Cross in London. He is also closely involved with the wider branding and promotion of King’s Cross in particular.
At a corporate level, Nick is involved in securing new development opportunities for Argent Related and is jointly responsible for marketing and promoting this new business.
Before joining Argent, Nick worked with Chelsfield and European Land at Paddington Basin where he delivered The Point and Waterside buildings for M&S and Orange respectively and was also the development manager responsible for obtaining planning permission for the 1.8 million sq ft Merchant Square development.
Nick sits on the Management Board of the BCO and is Chairman of the charity CYCLE TO….

Rob Tincknell has overall responsibility for delivering one of the highest profile real estate projects in the world, the redevelopment of the iconic Battersea Power Station in London and the surrounding 42 acres.
Rob began his career at The Berkeley Group plc, developing projects such as Gunwharf Quays and eventually became Managing Director of Berkeley Commercial. In 2002 Rob moved to Dublin to join the board of Ireland’s largest developer, Treasury Holdings. Following his appointment as Group Deputy Managing Director, Rob spearheaded the company’s expansion into new markets, including Europe, Russia and China. In 2006 he moved to Shanghai to establish and manage a new real estate investment and development business. That business quickly became the largest Western-owned real estate business operating in China and was successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2007. Rob returned to the UK in 2008 to direct the Battersea scheme and led to team to achieve the largest planning consent ever granted in central London.

Daniel Van Gelder is Chairman of the Westminster Property Association and co-founder of Exemplar, one of London’s most active property developers. Exemplar are currently building over 1.3 million sq ft in some of the London’s most prestigious locations including at Regent Street, St James’s Square, Spitalfields and at the largest development underway in Westminster, Fitzroy Place.
Daniel was voted Young Property Personality of the Year in 2009 and regularly appears in the Evening Standard’s 1,000 most influential people in London. In 2015 he was ranked 31st in the Estates Gazette Power List.
Daniel is married with two young children, and outside work enjoys sailing, skiing and backgammon.
