Bouygues Development
Eoin leads a development team
identifying and securing new opportunities across this area with a specific
focus on mixed-use, residential and office sector projects. With over £750m
(GDV) of development projects to his career credit, since joining Bouygues
Development in 2011 Eoin has successfully progressed a series of major urban
regeneration projects including the likes of Addlestone Town Centre (Surrey)
and Riverside North Bedford among others.
In Bristol the focus for the business has been on progressing projects such as Castle Park View (the former Central Ambulance site along Castle Street – beside the Marriott Hotel) and more recently finalising an exclusive land agreement to progress a new major office development in the city centre.
Prior to joining Bouygues Development, Eoin worked with Leadbitter Group (Oxford) as Development & Investment Manager, Bowen Group as Development Manager (across the UK & Ireland) and even had a stint in private development consultancy before turning Client side.
Eoin graduated with degrees in both Economics and Corporate Economics from University College Cork (National University of Ireland) before turning to his passion for development and regeneration.
