Shannon Conway
Residential Director
Glenbrook
Shannon is passionate about creating communities for all ages and all levels of affordability. She maintains an open mind when it comes to approaches, solutions, and partnerships. Her avid interest in emerging trends and research helps keep us ahead of the residential curve. She has worked in residential property since 2003, racking up 15 years experience at JLL where she was a Lead Director. Shannon has known Guy and Ian for over 15 years so when she decided to go ‘client-side’ in 2020, Glenbrook was the obvious choice.
Outside of work Shannon loves exploring Europe in a motorhome. She’s strongly committed to sustainability too, including ‘not buying new’ - you’d never guess that all her clothes are preloved! Any spare time she has is devoted to testing cookbook recipes with her daughter and posting her reviews on Instagram.
Shannon is Chair of Women in Property North West 2020/2021 and a Judge for the North West RICS Awards.
