Harry is the UK Head of Development at AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets. Over the last 8 years, AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets have overseen over 1.5m sqft of mixed use commercial development in the UK, winning several industry awards including the ULI global award for excellence. AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has a current UK development pipeline in excess of 2m sqft focused on workplace and mixed use environments, which includes the Assembly Bristol scheme in Bristol City Centre.

David Silverman

Derwent London

David joined Derwent Valley in 2002 and following its merger with LMS in 2007 was appointed to the Board of Derwent London in January 2008.   His responsibilities include overseeing the Group’s investment acquisitions and disposals.  These have included a number of Derwent’s landmark buildings including 1-2 Stephen Street (Central Cross), Horseferry House and Page Street and the recent purchases of Angel Square, 20 Farringdon Road and Aldgate Union.  David is on the Board of Westminster Property Association where he was previously Chairman from 2011-2013.

Office Division and joined the company in 2011.  Prior to that, he was a 

Managing Director at Hammerson plc and also held senior positions with property 

companies Howard Holdings, Taylor Woodrow Property co. and Delancey. 

Tim Roberts

Head of Offices & Residential
British Land

Tim joined British Land in 1997 and was appointed to the Board in July 2006.  He is Head of Offices & Residential and is responsible for the Group’s £6bn Central London office and residential portfolio.  Tim is also a member of the Executive, Investment and Risk Committees at British Land.  He was a non-executive director of Songbird Estates until 2009. Prior to joining British Land he was a partner at Drivers Jonas, in the Investment Agency team. Tim is a Trustee and Board Member of LandAid, which is the property industry charity helping disadvantaged, and often homeless young people.
