Peter Pereira Gray

Peter Pereira Gray is a Managing Director in the Investment Division of The Wellcome Trust. Peter is working with a team managing the £18 billion multi asset global investment portfolio, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. Peter is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Peter is the Chairman of the farming & land management business, Farmcare Ltd, as well as the UK Marina, Boatyard and Boat Storage organisation Premier Marinas Ltd. Peter is also a Main Board Director of VeroGroup, a newly formed student housing joint venture with Goldman Sachs.
Peter is a Life Member and past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, a past founding and advisory board member and member of the Management Board of INREV. He is a member of both the Bank of England Commercial and Residential Property Forums, and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Peter is an Advisory Board member for Composition Capital Partners, and an honorary vice president of Cambridge University Land Society. He is a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Advisory Board member and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Continuing Professional Development.

Kate Davies, Chief Executive, Notting Hill Genesis Kate Davies joined Notting Hill Housing as Chief Executive in 2004. In April 2018, Notting Hill Housing merged with Genesis and Kate is now Chief Executive of a 65,000 home association, with 90% of its stock in London. Kate was previously Chief Executive of Servite Houses and Director of Housing in Brighton and Hove.
She has two degrees and qualifications in housing management (MCIH) and housing association development.
Cllr Peter John OBE
Leader of the Council
Southwark Council
Peter John became a councillor in Southwark in 2002, Leader of the Labour Group in 2004 and became Leader of the Council following the local elections in 2010.
Under Peter’s leadership Southwark has become known for its’ progressive policies on regeneration, council house building and public health. Southwark is currently building 1500 new council homes to be completed by 2018; and is progressing major regeneration projects at the Elephant and Castle, Walworth, Canada Water and the Old Kent Road.
Southwark recently introduced free swimming and gym use for all residents at the council’s leisure centres.
Peter is the Deputy Chair of London Councils and Executive Member with responsibility for Business, Skills and Brexit. He has been a member of the London Enterprise Panel since 2013.
He has recently been chairing the government’s Area Review of Further Education in central London.
Peter was awarded an OBE in the New Year’s Honours List 2016.
