Mark Stansfield
Senior Director of UK Analytics
CoStar
Mark Stansfield is Senior Director of UK Analytics at CoStar with 20 years’ experience analysing and researching commercial property. He manages CoStar’s team of UK analysts and is responsible for analytics output in the UK, as well as covering the London market and leading CoStar’s coverage of the office and retail sectors in the UK.
In addition to delivering timely, relevant and actionable insights for CoStar clients through a variety of media, Mark works closely with CoStar’s dedicated News team to report on key transactions and issues affecting commercial property across all sectors and regions, with particular emphasis on London.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Leeds and has undertaken professional development through the University of Cambridge and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mark is a member of the Society of Property Researchers, the Investment Property Forum and the European Commercial Real Estate Data Alliance.
Louise Duggan
Head of Regeneration & Growth Strategies, Good Growth
Greater London Authority
Louise is responsible for the definition of GLA investment strategies, delivery of area-based regeneration programmes, enabling of strategic growth opportunities and the promotion of quality and inclusion in the built environment. Each of these supports delivery of Mayoral priorities founded on the principles of good growth and aligned with the London Plan.
She leads a high performing team of urbanists and designers who work with boroughs, strategic partners, charities, social enterprises, and community groups, to deliver initiatives across scales from buildings and public spaces through to strategic growth opportunities in London.
The team’s work on the £75m Good Growth Fund, in partnership with organisations and communities is delivering award winning projects. The projects meet partners needs while also prototyping solutions for the city at large.
Before joining the GLA in 2012, Louise worked at the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE), where she established and led the Street Design and Placemaking Programme reflecting the wider social and cultural role of streets in the everyday life of communities. Her work informed fundamental revision of national policy and design guidance.
James Rayner

James joined Related Argent in 2019 as Head of Retail and is responsible for retail, hospitality and leisure across all its projects. James is responsible for the evolving tenant mix in King’s Cross and Tottenham Hale, as well as delivering the retail under Google's new landscraper in King’s Cross. He is also focused on ensuring the retail strategy at Brent Cross Town supports the overarching masterplan.
James has more than 20 years’ experience managing and advising on placemaking, retail leasing, developments and value creation within mixed used assets. Prior to his role at Related Argent, James worked at British Land where he was responsible for the flagship letting to Eataly in Broadgate. James is part of a special committee advising the Museum of London board on its relocation to Smithfield’s market in 2026.
Pablo Sueiras

Pablo leads the retail Brand Account Management team at Landsec. The specialist team works across the entire Landsec retail portfolio, acting as a point of contact for brand partners and helping them to secure strategically relevant spaces in prime locations.
Pablo has over two decades of experience within the retail industry. He joined Landsec from Fenwick where he was Retail Operations Director and has previously held senior roles at House of Fraser and Diesel.

Susannah Walker

Make Space for Girls
Susannah Walker is co-founder of the charity Make Space for Girls, which campaigns for parks and other public spaces to be designed with teenage girls in mind, working with councils, developers and architects to create better and more inclusive places across the UK by foregrounding the voices of girls and young women. She now also advocates more widely for the needs of women and girls to be considered at every stage of the planning and design process. A former museum curator and television producer, she has also written several books.
Allan Lockhart

Allan Lockhart, CEO at NewRiver, has over 35 years’ experience in the UK retail real estate market. Allan started his career with Strutt & Parker in 1988 advising major property companies and institutions on retail leasing, investment and development. In 2002, Allan was appointed as Retail Director for Halladale Plc focusing on acquiring value add opportunities in the UK retail real estate market, and ensuring the successful implementation of asset management strategies.
Following the successful sale of Halladale Plc in early 2007, Allan co-founded NewRiver and served as Property Director since its IPO until being appointed CEO in May 2018. Allan chairs the British Property Federation’s Retail Board.
Ana Klein

As well as being an experienced partner in our commercial real estate team, Anastasia is Head of ESG and co-Head of EDI at Maples Teesdale. Ana has extensive experience of capital transactions and asset management, including acquisitions, disposals, financing and portfolio deals, developments and pre-lets. As a noted expert on ESG and green lease provisions, Ana is recognised as a leading individual in the Legal 500 Green Guide and has spoken about green leases, ESG and sustainability at events hosted by (amongst others) BPF, RICS, JLL and Bisnow as well as having articles published by RICS, Estates Gazette, BE News and CoStar and being quoted in Property Week and the national press. She is also a member of the BPF's Green Lease Working Group , sits on the BENews’ ESG Editorial Advisory Board and is an active supporter of the Net Carbon Zero Standard project. Of particular note, Ana has recently been involved in the creation of a ground-breaking green lease for an extremely innovative award winning client with sustainability at its core, as well as taking the lead on green lease drafting in a panel of law firms acting for FTSE 100 listed global investment manager with assets under management valued in excess of c£500bn. Ana is passionate about driving change and encouraging diversity in the legal profession and the commercial real estate industry. In her EDI role she actively promotes and supports EDI both internally and externally; she is a founding member of the Allbright Club in London, a committee member of RE:Women and is proud to have been included in Bisnow’s recent list of “Women Changing the Face of UK Real Estate – Power Women”.
